The initial comprehensive examination includes a complete examination of the teeth, both visually and using diagnostic equipment such as intraoral or panoramic digital X-rays, which minimize radiation exposure to the necessary minimum. Based on this examination and taking into account the patient's health and individual characteristics, the dentist will draw up a treatment plan, recommend the scope of treatment, and estimate the financial and time requirements of the treatment.

Dental hygiene and Air-Flow

Initial dental hygiene – includes removal of soft plaque and tartar using an ultrasonic device and hand instruments.

Teeth whitening

The Pure Whitening method is one of the most effective and gentle teeth whitening methods used in dental practice. The method uses custom-made transparent trays into which the client applies a special whitening gel.

The tray must be filled with gel and then placed on the teeth. This is an in-office (one session at the dentist's office) or combined whitening treatment, which means that the client will apply the gel themselves for 14 days and on the 15th day, they will have a whitening treatment at the dentist's office. The trays must be worn for several hours a day, preferably while sleeping. The result is a permanently whiter smile.

Photocomposite fillings

Photocomposite fillings – can be used on almost all teeth. They are highly aesthetic, and thanks to the technique of "multilayering," it is possible to achieve a color that is indistinguishable from your own teeth. They are very often used in the front sections of the dentition, where they guarantee very high-quality results.

Ceramic fillings – onlays – represent the cutting edge in conservative dentistry. They are very high quality and perform a perfectly aesthetic function. Ceramic fillings are highly durable and, with proper care, have an unlimited lifespan. They do not cause allergic reactions and there is no risk of secondary tooth decay. Ceramic fillings are often used in the lateral section for larger tooth defects.

Replacement of old amalgam fillings

Old amalgam fillings are not aesthetically pleasing. They are gray (sometimes even black) in color and cause discomfort and uncertainty in some clients. In addition, tooth decay can repeatedly develop under old fillings, which can only be seen in the late stages of the disease. That is why today most clients not only refuse new amalgam (black) fillings, but also request the replacement of existing ones.

Root canal treatment – 3D endodontics

The dental pulp is tissue located inside the tooth and in the root canals. If the dental pulp is damaged, it reacts with inflammation and pain. In this case, endodontic treatment – root canal treatment – is necessary.

If no dental intervention is performed at this stage, the bacteria will begin to spread through the root canal to the surrounding area of the tooth, damaging the bone tissue and, over time, negatively affecting the patient's overall health through the bloodstream. Timely removal of dead tissue and successful root canal treatment will save the tooth, and extraction will not be necessary.

We fill the canals using the most modern technique known as 3D filling, which involves thorough spatial sealing of the root canals in all directions.

The use of local anesthesia and a surgical microscope is a matter of course.
