Three paths, one decision
A missing tooth can be addressed in three principal ways: a dental implant, a fixed bridge supported by neighbouring teeth, or a removable denture. Each has its place — the choice depends on bone quality, the state of adjacent teeth, age, and personal priorities.
Implant
The most contemporary option. A titanium screw acts as a new root and supports a ceramic crown. Neighbouring teeth remain untouched and bone is preserved by loading. We plan with 3D CBCT and work with Camlog and MiS implants — see the
Fixed bridge
If the neighbouring teeth already need crowns, a bridge supported by them is a fast and aesthetic answer. It requires preparing the neighbours, so for otherwise healthy teeth we prefer it only when an implant is not possible.
Removable denture
For multiple missing teeth, a limited budget, or medical contraindications, a removable denture — partial or complete — is a proven, functional answer. Modern materials are comfortable, retentive, and aesthetic.
